System requirements

Supergraphics for Windows may be installed on Windows 32 bit platforms.
IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH 64 bits SYSTEMS.

To achieve optimal performance, the following minimum configuration is suggested:

CPU Pentium II 200 MHz
64 MB Ram
Graphic adapter capable of 65536 colours, 1024x768 points

Installation

Driver Hardlock

When installing Supergraphics for Windows for the first time, it is needed to install first the drivers for the software-protection key. If the driver is already installed, no update is needed.

Supergraphics program

To install the program, or to update to a newer version, you need download it on your PC, then run setup and follow the instruction that will appear on the screen.

Installation of the support for japanese floppy disks (optional)

The support for japanese floppies is needed only if your PC has the dedicated floppy driver, to read or write files for 4/5CUS, 6CUS e X-Machine equipped with WAC electronics. If your PC is running Windows 95 or 98, this support is already working inside the main program (Supergraphics).
If your PC is running Windows NT/2000, or XP, then an external support needs to be installed using the proper setup that you may download and run on your PC, following the instruction that will appear on the screen.

First execution of Supergraphics for Windows

The first time you run Supergraphics, you'll have to enter the configuration code. To activate all supported machines, use the following code: 27FA5805C8048B30

New functions in Supergraphics for Windows

Due to the peculiar Windows management of the keyboard, mouse and video resources, some new functions have been added, with respect to the DOS version:

To unhook the mouse from the cursor, press Ctrl X. To hook it back, place the mouse pointer within the zoom area and press Ctrl X. The same may be obtained by pressing the middle button of the mouse, on a three-button mouse.
To reduce the window to its icon, when the proper button is not visible on the title bar, press Ctrl H.
By pressing Ctrl +(on the keypad), the standard cursor is replaced by a faster, high-precision, pen-shaped system cursor.
By pressing Ctrl F9 and Ctrl F10, the dimensions of the window may be adjusted to the screen resolution, with the choices: 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1600x1200.
